Are you using the demo by chance? The demo has that bug.

I dont know if there is something I am not understanding, but I have yet to see a single document WITHOUT a D.D.D stamp, and sometimes it tells me I let someone in without a stamp. I assure you I have not

If you close that folder out. Open folder 3, then close it out. Folder one, and the last tabs of folders will be clickable again
